Які дані ми збираємо

Адресу електронної пошти — щоб ти міг(-ла) увійти в акаунт. Пароля немає: ми надсилаємо на пошту одноразовий код.

Те, що ти створюєш у застосунку: записи щоденника та їхні розбори, нотатки, слова й картки, результати вправ та іспитів, серію, ім’я, рівень і налаштування.

Технічні дані: випадковий ідентифікатор пристрою (він не пов’язаний з твоїм іменем) та кількість перевірок за тиждень — щоб працювали обмеження безкоштовного плану і захист від зловживань.

Звіти про збої: якщо в застосунку стається помилка, нам надсилається короткий технічний звіт — текст помилки, екран, де вона сталася, версія застосунку й системи. У ньому немає твоїх записів і він не пов’язаний з твоїм акаунтом.

Де зберігаються твої дані

На твоєму пристрої — тому застосунок працює і без інтернету. І в хмарі, у твоєму акаунті: копія зберігається в сервісі Supabase на серверах у Європейському Союзі. Завдяки цьому дані повертаються після входу на іншому телефоні.

Доступ до копії має лише твій акаунт. Ми не читаємо твоїх записів, не продаємо дані й не передаємо їх для реклами.

Що надсилається для перевірки AI

Коли ти натискаєш «Перевірити», текст запису надсилається на наш сервер, а звідти — моделі штучного інтелекту Claude (компанія Anthropic, США), яка знаходить помилки. Так само надсилаються: текст в режимі іспиту, твої помилки для «Вправи з моїх помилок» і фото для «Слів з фото».

Ми просимо твоєї згоди на це під час входу. Відкликати її можна в Налаштуваннях: тоді тексти нікуди не надсилатимуться, але перевірка AI не працюватиме.

Після відповіді ми не зберігаємо ці тексти й фото на своєму сервері. Anthropic не використовує їх для навчання своїх моделей і може тимчасово зберігати їх з міркувань безпеки відповідно до власних правил.

Якщо ти натискаєш «Неточно?», нам надсилається це виправлення, речення з ним і твій коментар — щоб ми могли покращити перевірку.

Не пиши в записах паролів, номерів документів чи банківських даних.

Сервіси, які нам допомагають

Supabase — акаунти та хмарна копія даних. Anthropic — перевірка текстів моделлю Claude. Resend — надсилання листа з кодом для входу (йому передається лише адреса пошти). Expo — сервер застосунку.

Транскрипція слів береться з відкритого онлайн-словника: туди надсилається лише саме слово.

Нагадування створюються на пристрої й нікуди не надсилаються. Ми не використовуємо рекламних трекерів.

Доступ до камери й фото

Камера й галерея потрібні лише для функції «Слова з фото» і лише тоді, коли ти сам(-а) її відкриваєш. Доступ можна забрати в налаштуваннях телефона.

Як довго зберігаються дані і як їх видалити

Дані зберігаються, доки існує акаунт. Налаштування → «Видалити акаунт» одразу й назавжди видаляє акаунт, адресу пошти та всю хмарну копію, а також дані на цьому пристрої.

«Стерти прогрес» видаляє записи, нотатки, слова й статистику, але залишає акаунт. Видалені записи спершу потрапляють у Кошик на 30 днів.

«Вийти» лише завершує вхід на цьому пристрої: дані в акаунті залишаються.

Твої права

Ти можеш отримати копію своїх даних (Налаштування → «Зберегти копію»), виправити їх у застосунку, видалити акаунт або відкликати згоду на перевірку AI. З будь-яким питанням про дані напиши нам.

Діти

Застосунок не призначений для дітей до 13 років. Якщо тобі менше 16, користуйся ним зі згоди батьків.

Зміни

Якщо ми змінимо те, які дані збираємо чи кому їх передаємо, ми оновимо цей текст і повідомимо про це в застосунку.

What data we collect

Your email address, so that you can sign in to your account. There is no password: we send a one-time code to your email.

What you create in the app: diary entries and their reviews, notes, words and flashcards, exercise and exam results, your streak, name, level and settings.

Technical data: a random device identifier (not linked to your name) and the number of checks you used this week. These make the free plan limits and abuse protection work.

Crash reports: if the app hits an error, we receive a short technical report — the error text, the screen where it happened, and the app and system versions. It contains none of your entries and is not linked to your account.

Where your data is stored

On your device, which is why the app works offline. And in the cloud, in your account: a copy is kept with Supabase on servers in the European Union. This is how your data comes back when you sign in on another phone.

Only your account has access to that copy. We do not read your entries, sell your data or share it for advertising.

What is sent for the AI check

When you tap “Check”, the text of your entry is sent to our server and from there to the Claude AI model (Anthropic, USA), which finds the mistakes. The same applies to your text in exam mode, your mistakes for “Practice from my mistakes” and photos for “Words from a photo”.

We ask for your consent to this when you sign in. You can withdraw it in Settings: your texts will then not be sent anywhere, but the AI check will not work.

We do not keep these texts and photos on our server after the answer arrives. Anthropic does not use them to train its models and may store them temporarily for safety reasons under its own policies.

If you tap “Inaccurate?”, we receive that correction, the sentence it is in and your comment, so that we can improve the check.

Do not write passwords, document numbers or bank details in your entries.

Services that help us

Supabase: accounts and the cloud copy of your data. Anthropic: checking texts with the Claude model. Resend: sending the email with your sign-in code (it receives only your email address). Expo: the app’s server.

Word transcriptions come from an open online dictionary: only the word itself is sent there.

Reminders are created on your device and are not sent anywhere. We do not use advertising trackers.

Camera and photo access

The camera and photo library are used only for “Words from a photo”, and only when you open that feature yourself. You can revoke access in your phone’s settings.

How long data is kept and how to delete it

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Settings → “Delete account” immediately and permanently deletes the account, your email address and the whole cloud copy, as well as the data on this device.

“Erase progress” deletes entries, notes, words and statistics but keeps the account. Deleted entries first go to the Trash for 30 days.

“Sign out” only ends the session on this device: the data in your account stays.

Your rights

You can get a copy of your data (Settings → “Save a copy”), correct it in the app, delete your account or withdraw your consent to the AI check. For any question about your data, write to us.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 16, use it with your parents’ consent.

Changes

If we change what data we collect or who we share it with, we will update this text and tell you in the app.
